This one to two hour course will raise awareness of key mental health conditions and provide a broad understanding of stress in the workplace.

The main aims of this online course are:

  • Build on existing skills and common sense in relation to stress and mental health
  • Understand how stress and mental health interact​
  • Increase awareness of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD and OCD

Course Objectives
